Our company introduces the high temperature ceramic injection molding(CIM) technology from abroad, so we can complete shaped ceramic core in-plant by ourselves, which is used to cast stainless steel products with complex structure like multiple cavities. With accumulated experience and unremitting efforts of years, Fairway has equipped with one-stop operation line, including product R&D, precision mold design and tooling, engineering analysis, rough casting, Vacuum Solidification Heat Treatment, NC finishing, assembling finished.
